Let’s have some goddamn appreciation for the best and most diverse One Piece miniboss group. Young or old, scrawny genius or all brawn and no brain? Baroque Works has it all.

It has more women than the entire Marines combined, placed on equal level with men. Young women, old women, buff women… A decent variety of body types and unique faces. (Miss Monday is great) And we even got transgender/neutral/third gender/whatever Bon Clay considers himself.

It also has what appear to be the only two black people in the series. (If you define it as characters *Oda himself* actually colors as darker in the manga color pages and covers, yes it’s only two I can find- Mr. 5 and Miss Monday. Everyone else I’ve seen who is dark skinned in the anime, like Daz or Gedatsu, he colors as white :T It’s stupid.)

And of course, we can’t forget the various animals and animal-gun hybrids.
